Blue balls: the pain every guy has experienced

Did you dance with a girl, kissed her, did all that sexual arousal stuff without penetration and ultimately without ejaculation? Well if there was sexual arousal without ejaculation then embrace yourself for that intense pain you are going to be feeling in your testicles. That pain is often referred to as blue balls or lover's nut or epididymal hypertension or sexual arousal orchialgia.

Almost every guy has had it before. It is one of the main reasons why most guys do not like making out if it is not going to result in sex and ejaculation at the end.

Cause.

Blue balls occurs as a result of sperm piling up in the testes and not being used. Blood flows to the male organ when there is an arousal, so when these blood turns to sperms are not used, they stay inside the testicles causing enormous pain. The pressure at the sexual organ exerted by the blood alone can bring about blue balls.

Symptoms of blue balls.

Heaviness, aching, discomfort, and mild pain are the major symptoms of epididymal hypertension.

Treatment.

1. The best way to take care of blue balls is by having sex so you can ejaculate to bring out the excess stored sperms causing the pain.

2. Lie down for a few minutes for the pain to disappear. This moves blood away from the testicles.

3. Manage blood flow to the sex organ by taking a cold bath.

4. Engage yourself in activities that will distract you.

5. Exercise if you can.

An article by Chalett and Nerenberg in Pediatrics made it clear that, "the treatment is sexual release, or perhaps straining to move a very heavy object—in essence doing a Valsalva maneuver."

Note: blue balls do not kill, they are not dangerous as you may think they are.

Ladies before you think of making out, please think about your partner. Are you going to let him ejaculate at the end in any means necessary or you are just going to let him go through that testicular pain.
